Background
One day
I was reading a book about
cats and came across a reference to the use of cork as a scratching material. Until that moment, this had never occurred to me nor had I
seen a post
made out of cork. I thought it was worth
exploring,
so I bought some cork, built a post for our cats, and was surprised by how much two of the three liked it. Softer than cedar
Cork is a spongy
material that
allows cats to sink their claws in deep. Some cats might prefer it to other materials so I thought I should make it available. Customers have reported good results with their cats, too! |
